Ski cross is four racers, one course, and about ninety seconds where anything can happen. Controlling that isn’t luck. It’s preparation, technical skill, and staying composed when the race comes apart around you.
I’m Kaleb Barnum. I race for the Canadian Ski Cross Team. In 2024 I became World Junior Champion, the first Canadian man to win the title. This past season I took my first World Cup podium in my eighth start and finished 2025–26 as World Cup Rookie of the Year. I’m also a biomechanics student at the University of Calgary, so I tend to approach a partnership the way I approach a run: know what you’re measuring, and be deliberate about it.

If it’s in my kit, it’s because I train and race on it. I’d rather show a product working than stage a photo around it.
A presence off the hill
Athlete appearances and speaking. I teach swimming and lifeguarding through the off-season, so I’m comfortable in front of a room and in front of kids.
