Canadian Ski Cross racer Kaleb Barnum delivered a breakthrough silver medal performance at a FIS Ski Cross World Cup event on March 22, 2026, at Craigleith Ski Club near Collingwood, Ontario. The 21-year-old Fernie native was the youngest competitor at the event and powered through the four-man final to finish second behind Italy’s Federico Tomasoni.

It was a strong day for Canada, with Barnum joined on the podium by teammate Kris Mahler, who captured bronze — a double podium finish at the tour’s only Canadian stop.
