WHAT IS SKI CROSS:
Ski cross is a high-speed, head-to-head skiing competition where four skiers race down a course featuring jumps, rollers, and banked turns. It combines elements of alpine and freestyle skiing, and is known for its exciting and action-packed racing. The sport made its Olympic debut at the 2010 Winter Games in Vancouver-Whistler.

Head-to-head racing:
Unlike traditional alpine racing where skiers compete against the clock individually, ski cross involves multiple skiers racing at the same time.
